- Customized or Personalized Products: Products that have been custom-made or personalized cannot be refunded unless they are defective or incorrect.

- Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.
- The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank or payment account again, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to be officially posted.
