Note: Processing time is 1–3 business days before shipment. Delays may occur due to high demand, customs clearance, or weather conditions.

3. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it in its original condition for a refund or exchange. 

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at solvifyit@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Q: How do I request a refund?

If your item qualifies for a refund, please email us with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
